Levar Walker, 20, faces felony charges after an incident Thursday at a Chipotle restaurant at 6290 South Dixie Highway in South Miami. Walker was told by his manager to "clock out" when he became angry, threw food and kitchen items onto the floor, and grabbed a knife, which he threw at the manager but missed, according to an arrest report.

Walker then threw a glass bottle that struck the kitchen grill, leaving a dent. He threw a second glass bottle that hit his manager in the left shoulder. A witness reported that Walker threatened to kill his manager. Another witness stated Walker said he would beat his manager up. Three glass bottles were thrown in total. The damage to the grill cost approximately $150 to repair.

Miami-Dade County court records show Walker has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony, plus misdemeanor counts of battery, assault, and criminal mischief. Authorities did not report injuries to the manager or anyone else. Walker was booked into Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation with bond set at $6,400. He had a first appearance in court Friday.
